Lithium Tantalate - High Physical Strength
High physical strength (so-called Yellow ) Lithium Tantalate has been developed, to give a higher process yield in production. This has now been combined with the electrical properties of the black product to provide a Yellow-Black product for the SAW components industry, giving superior yield while limiting pyro electric effects. Advantages are:
- High physical strength allows bending and dicing, which can produce better process yield, thinner wafers and miniturization
- Endurance against high temperature
- Unaffected by pyro electricity
